Adam Hilton

Baritone and Conductor, York & London

Adam Hilton is a baritone and conductor. Born in WrocΕ‚aw, Poland, Adam found a love of music after moving to England and becoming a chorister. He graduated from the University of York in 2022, where he also started a chamber choir. After moving to London, he freelanced as a singer and conductor, receiving the Hertford Choral Society Conducting Fellowship, the National Youth Choir Fellowship and worked for organisations including the London Youth Choir. He then moved back to York to study the Solo Voice Ensemble Masters led by Robert Hollingworth (I Fagiolini) and is now back in London, where he is a scholar at St Martin-in-the-Fields. 

Recent highlights in Adam’s active schedule include performing in Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 at the BBC Proms and baritone soloist in Haydn’s Nelson Mass at Warwick Arts Centre.
